Senior Brand Designer (m/f/d) – only if it's a 100% match
We are looking for a Brand Designer with experience. We don't care about your resume - you just need to have a real feel and bock for visual brand development and know what you're doing. At least most of the time. :-)
Your tasks will include various design services. We work for our clients on brand designs, redesigns, the development of various print media up to web designs and various online media. Of course, you don't have to have maximum expertise in each of these areas, because everyone has their strengths with us. But you should have a strong feeling for cross-media brand development - be able to take a bird's eye view, so to speak. Because only those who think cross-medially can develop a strong brand design that works.
But you're not "just" a designer with us - you look after your own clients and also coordinate projects at times. Because what we don't have: Classic project managers. Why? Because we believe that the close collaboration between designer and client makes a big difference in the end. Designers feel the client more, so they can develop the design more "on point", no information gets lost in the communication channel and you can proactively advise the client as a designer.
Our team is 100% remote based. While we're happy if you're from the Mannheim area, it's absolutely not a must-have. We prefer to work digitally with the right person than with "the wrong one" in an office.

Intern (m/f/d) (mandatory internship)

- Since we work in many areas - corporate design, print, web design, photo, video, but also brand strategy and marketing conception - we are happy to employ you according to your experience / strengths / wishes. And also where we think you have potential.
What you need to do first:
We’ll take the time to guide you through your “training” with us so we can prepare you as best as possible for the professional world. Since we’ve had some highly motivated, fantastic interns over the past few years—but also some who just want to coast through because it’s a “must-do” for their degree—we have the following requirement: We’d like to see a sample of your work. And we need it before the first interview. Why? Because we want motivated people. People who want to make a difference in life. So we’ll only consider your application if you’ve completed and sent us the following assignment:
- Topic: Protein muesli. Name: Protzi. Distribution: Both online and grocery stores.
- Task: Design a logo along with a corresponding corporate design sheet (one page is sufficient) that includes colors and typography.
- Send us a Loom video explaining your thoughts on this. Tell us which tools you used.
