I have worked in advertising agencies myself. I know the upsides, but also the downsides. I know what it does to you when you have to design under intense pressure every day, when information gets lost on the way from client to designer and how you feel when you're just a cog in the machine. And that's exactly why I want to do things differently. Fruit baskets and table football are nice - but they don't make for a workplace where you feel comfortable and valued. As a person, not just as a worker.

Senior Brand Designer (m/f/d)
Do you love to develop brands? Brand design "from scratch", but also to support long-standing customers on their way? You don't see cool customers as an annoying accessory to design, but are really interested in the success of your company? Then I would read on if I were you. :-)
We are looking for a Brand Designer with experience. We don't care about your resume - you just need to have a real feel and bock for visual brand development and know what you're doing. At least most of the time. :-)
Your tasks will include various design services. We work for our clients on brand designs, redesigns, the development of various print media up to web designs and various online media. Of course, you don't have to have maximum expertise in each of these areas, because everyone has their strengths with us. But you should have a strong feeling for cross-media brand development - be able to take a bird's eye view, so to speak. Because only those who think cross-medially can develop a strong brand design that works.
But you're not "just" a designer with us - you look after your own clients and also coordinate projects at times. Because what we don't have: Classic project managers. Why? Because we believe that the close collaboration between designer and client makes a big difference in the end. Designers feel the client more, so they can develop the design more "on point", no information gets lost in the communication channel and you can proactively advise the client as a designer.
Our team is 100% remote based. While we're happy if you're from the Mannheim area, it's absolutely not a must-have. We prefer to work digitally with the right person than with "the wrong one" in an office.
