How does a workshop work, and how do I prepare for it?

Before the workshop, we’ll discuss together where the current challenges lie and what the workshop should focus on.

Chantalle will then develop a completely customized program—remote first, but also in-person. After the workshop, you’ll receive a summary of the results and next steps. If you’d like, the workshop can also be recorded.

What are the benefits of using an external consulting firm over relying on your own marketing team?

An outside perspective sees what no one on the inside sees anymore. Imagine you’re sitting in a store window, looking out. People walk by and see you, the window decals, and the decorations. You only see the customers walking by. Why don’t you know what’s off, since you can’t see it from the outside?
