We decided relatively spontaneously to have our workation accompanied by a content team. The respect for this was simply too high, as the findling team had spent the entire week intimately together from morning to night.
In addition, some of them had not yet seen each other "live", which is why there was still a relatively high degree of uncertainty on the part of the organizing team.
It was therefore important for us to have a content team that could "read" our team and accompany us in such a way that nobody felt uncomfortable.
We also wanted a content team that shared our vibe and felt like they were a "findling" this week.
